A 24-year-old Mattituck man was arrested for driving drunk early Sunday morning, Southold Town police said in a press release.
Matthew Dellaquila was observed crossing over the double yellow line on Main Road in Southold, where he also drove through a red light before being stopped by police shortly after 4 a.m., according to the report.
He was charged with DWI and processed at police headquarters, where he was held for morning arraignment. Mr. Dellaquila was previously arrested on a drug possession charge earlier this year.
